Are you a student intern?
• Please fill out the employee starter form that serves for the internship agreement preparation
• The document attached in the email Privacy notice presents how do we use your personal data. This document has only informative character.
• Please send us a scan of your school attendance confirmation for the current year
Next, please confirm to Zuzka that you have filled out the employee starter form and let her know the dates that would suit you for the medical examination and contract signing. Please wait for Zuzka's confirmation of the date for the contract signing and the medical check-up. (We try to organize it on the same day, as the doctor's office is located close to our office)
