Zurich Slovakia is a Competence Center based in Bratislava and Kosice providing highly specialized services for Zurich's headquarter in Switzerland and all Zurich Business units around the globe.
Our services are focusing on all types of actuarial services for Life and Non-life, data science and engineering, AI, risk management, business intelligence, information technology, software asset management as well as insurance network management and technical accounting.
Our Competence Center employs around 450 staff from 20+ different countries.

Center Management
Center Management and Operations oversee both Slovakia locations, representing Zurich and managing HR, IT, Legal, Finance, PR, Communication, and Crisis Management.
Group Finance Service
Slovakia-based Group Finance Services provide global actuarial, planning, performance management and business analysis support, offering insights, reporting and advice.
Risk Management Services
Risk Management Services Teams support the lifecycle of capital and life models, delivering internal economic capital and Solvency II calculations, validation, and IT development.
Software Asset Management
Global SAM Strategic Vendor Management optimizes shared software contracts and costs for key vendors, maximizes license value, conducts licensing reviews, and advises.

Pricing & Analytics Services
Since 2007, our teams have supported P&C insurance by turning data into insights. We deliver predictive pricing models, analytics tools and training to improve decisions.
AI Engineering & Platforms
AIEP delivers AI and non-AI technology solutions across Zurich, supports platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, and provides reliable data and application services.
Information Technology Services & Security
ITSS Delivery Services supports Microsoft productivity tools under a SaaS model. Global Microsoft 365 teams in Bratislava and Mexico run multilingual support.
Zurich Multinational Hub
Zurich Multinational Hub Slovakia is one of five Zurich Network Service Centers, supporting clients to insure risks in over 30 countries across Central and Eastern Europe.
Business Technology Solutions
We manage the Bratislava Competence Center and all five ZCCs. BTS units deliver IT, application and platform services for group functions and core insurance business units.
Commercial Insurance & Analytics team
CI Data & Analytics builds and maintains CI’s central data backbone, leads data governance and quality, provides analytics and AI, and co-develops solutions with local BUs.
Commercial Insurance IT
CI IT delivers key platforms & solutions supporting data-driven insights. Business Analysts translate business demands into effective solutions to ensure stable operations.

Bratislava Competence Center
Zurich Bratislava, a branch office of Swiss Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, is a Slovak competence center for highly specialized services in the fields: risk management, actuarial services, data science, business intelligence, development and delivery of technical solutions, insurance network services and software asset management.
Our international work team provides value-added support to business units around the world. We are constantly growing and expanding our team with smart people.
We offer internships and jobs to students, graduates, and other applicants. We are a proud member of the Slovak Compliance Circle (SCC), which was created in order to respond to the Slovak business environment’s concerns. We fully support the SCC’s efforts, and its vision of building an ethical environment and facilitating wider cooperation among Slovak business community members.
